1. 3 Claims Process and Limitation
   User may file a claim on lost and damaged packages that got damaged or lost in our care. In our care means that once the package was delivered to our warehouse in MIAMI to our location in JAMAICA and signed for by one of our representative.                                                                                     Packages that are uncollected in our warehouses or offices after 2 weeks are subjected to storage charges set by the office, packages left after 60 days will be sold to recover cost on our side.

For packages to come by our sea freight channel, customers MUST indicate those information to our offices, if no indication is given then it will be sent by our default air freight.
