Important policies and service conditions
Storage Policy
Customers with packages over 14 days will attract a storage fee of $50 JMD per day.
Collection Policy
Customers who have packages for more than two flight days, upon pickup will have to collect all packages on their account.
Rewards Program
RTABIZ Shipping points are awarded when a package is over $1000.00.
