Steps to Deactivate/Reactivate/Delete Online Profile:

 

1. Send us an email at [email protected], providing your account details such as RTABIZ#, email address on file, and or along with the date and description of the last package shipped with us.

Provide us with a reason for your deactivation. (OPTIONAL).

2. A representative will contact you regarding your request to verify your request and information by either email or phone call.

3. Your account will be deactivated once all information is verified by our representative.

 

NB: Your shipping history and contact information will be in our system for up to seven (7) years according to the laws of Jamaica, for auditing purposes, after which your account will be removed from our system completely at the end of the seven (7) year period by law.
